Teleconferencing and multifunction printers have become some of the world’s most valuable tools for businesses globally and Entrepreneurs worldwide. At the touch of a button individuals from the corporate to the work from home world can chat away as if they were literally in the same room or an office down the hall. But there’s more use to all of this technology than meets the eye.

Aside from our education manuals, training materials, and Bible notes, the main three benefits for us owning or having accessibility to a multifunctional printer is its ability to scan our most important documents to another device for SSD or USB storage; the ability to print emergency documents that require a physical signature; and what better than to be able to transmit physical documents to an entirely different place on the map in a matter of seconds to minutes with the dial of a number. You can find these printers at your local library guys. Some of the coolest innovative uses of teleconferencing is already being utilized by home based businesses, facilities, mom and pop shops, and institutions across the US.

Colleges and learning centers in Tennessee have set up teleconferencing facilities linked to an enormous animal sanctuary catering to the needs of Asian and African elephants. On a specified day a week students from several colleges can ‘tune-in’ from anywhere in the world to observe the elephant lifestyle within the sanctuaries. Now, that is cool! Cameras and transmitters
are already in situ and the student can study the elephant in its natural habitat without fear of disturbing the animal.

Students from different schools can then join in on discussion groups to enable them to expand on what they have witnessed first hand. Tutors are on hand to educate and guide the students through the meetings and answer any questions they may have – one tutor covering several schools simultaneously.

Through daily routines and responsibilities, teleseminars and webinars, we’ve witnessed all of this technology at work and oftentimes hand in hand or complementary. Indeed, teleconferencing in this instance, has become a hugely successful way to teach conservation and ecology to the younger generation.

Who would have thought that the necessity for a fast and cheap method of bringing business people together at a moments notice would also, in turn, be used to educate and excite our children about the wonders of the natural world?
